Zaur Fatizada
He was born in 1971 in Baku.
In 1988, he entered the Baku branch of the Leningrad Institute of Finance and Economics named after N.A. Voznesensky, and in 1993 he graduated from the finance and credit faculty of the Azerbaijan State Institute of Economics.
He started working as a laborer in 1987, and in 1988 he worked as an economist in the "Line Operation Department".
In 1993-1994, he worked as an accountant in the public and private sector, and since 1994, he has continued his work in various positions in tax authorities.
Since 2004, he has worked in tax authorities in leading positions.
In 2009-2015, he worked as the head of the Special Regime Tax Service Department under the Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In 2015-2019, he served as advisor to the minister, head of the department, head of the general department and general director of the department in the Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In 2019-2022, he worked as the head of the "International taxation and tax monitoring" and "Control of declarations and camera tax audits" departments of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy.
By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 22, 2022, he was appointed the Chairman of the Management Board of the Financial Monitoring Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In 2007, he was awarded the medal "For distinction in public service" by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
In 2010, by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, he was awarded the medal of the Republic of Azerbaijan of the 3rd degree "For distinction in service in tax authorities".
In 2020, by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, he was awarded the medal of the Republic of Azerbaijan of the 1st degree "For distinction in service in tax authorities".
In 2012, by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, he was awarded the special rank of 3rd class state tax service adviser.
He is married and has 2 children.
