On December 27 of the current year, training for Financial Monitoring Service (Service) was held on “Agile: A flexible approach to project management”. 12 employees holding managerial positions of the Service took part in the training.

The aim of the training was to improve knowledge and skills of the Service staff in the relevant field. Issues such as existing approaches to project management, their advantages, disadvantages and limitations were discussed, the essence, basic concepts of the Scrum, as well as other relevant topics were touched upon during the training.

In the end, the staff had exchange of views and the trainer answered their questions.
