In order to develop bilateral cooperation and exchange of information in the field of AML / CFT of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Financial Monitoring Service uses the experience of signing Memorandums of Understanding or Agreements with financial intelligence units of other foreign countries.

13 Memorandums of Understanding have been signed with the financial intelligence units of Moldova, Belarus, Israel, Turkey, Macedonia, Russia, Iran, Bangladesh, Palestine, Tajikistan, Holy See, Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan so far.
