On April 20, the Financial Monitoring Service (FMS) representative had a meeting with students of the Faculty of Economics and Law of the National Aviation Academy.

At the meeting, FMS member made a presentation on "What is confiscation?", spoke on the importance of confiscation in terms of combating money laundering and terrorist financing, what property should be confiscated, regulatory issues, as well as legislative restrictions, exemptions from criminal prosecution and other important issues.

At the end of the meeting, answers to the raised questions were provided.
