According to the Article 15.9 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On State Registration and State Register of Legal Entities", information about the founders (participants) of commercial legal entities and their shares in the charter capital can be given by request to the financial intelligence unit and to the obliged entities determined by the relevant executive body in cases and in order defined by the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On the fight against the legalization of criminally obtained property and the financing of terrorism".

In order to implement the requirements of the "Regulation on the provision of information about founders (participants) of commercial legal entities, shares in the charter capital and owners of securities to financial institutions and DNFBPs" approved by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 433 dated October 10, 2018. the access to the abovementioned information (https://new.e-taxes.gov.az/eportal/az/) was granted by Financial Monitoring Service and the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Obliged entities can log in to e-Portal system and obtain the information on founders (participants) of commercial legal entities, their shares in the charter capital, as well as other information contained in the state register of commercial legal entities.
