Fuad Aliyev, Expert on AML/CFT and Director of the Cooperation Department at the Financial Monitoring Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan, conducted an online training session for staff of relevant government agencies on “Fundamentals of the FATF Methodology for Law Enforcement Assessors in the New Round of Evaluations.” The training aimed to enhance the knowledge of personnel in preparation for the upcoming evaluation process.

The session provided detailed information on the key stages and procedures of the assessment process, updates to the methodology, and current challenges faced by institutions.

During the training, presentations were delivered, discussions on the topics were held, and a Q&A session took place.

A total of 10 representatives from law enforcement and supervisory authorities participated in the session.
