Five years have elapsed since the commencement of the Patriotic War, during which the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan secured a historic Victory under the leadership of the Victorious Supreme Commander-in-Chief, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.

September 27 – Remembrance Day – is observed as a day of solemn commemoration, honoring the sacred memory of the heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan.

On the occasion of Remembrance Day, the staff of the Financial Monitoring Service visited Victory Park to pay tribute to the martyrs of the Patriotic War who laid down their lives for the liberation of the country’s territories.

During the visit, wreaths and flowers were laid at the Victory Monument as an expression of profound respect and enduring gratitude.
