On November 21, 2023 The Executive Board of the Financial Monitoring Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan made a decision to approve the "Instruction on the Procedure for the Implementation of the Authority of the Financial Monitoring Service to draw up a Protocol on Administrative Offences."
