From May 29 to May 31, a specialized training session titled "Investigation Techniques for Combatting the Legalization of Illegally Obtained Property" was successfully conducted at the Science and Education Center of the General Prosecutor's Office.

Ms. Aytan Mirzazade, a seasoned expert from the Financial Monitoring Service, delivered a comprehensive presentation during the training. She addressed the constituent elements, descriptive aspects, and investigative methodologies related to the offense stipulated under Article 193-1 of the Criminal Code.

This training session aimed to enhance participants' understanding of combating financial crimes, specifically focusing on the intricacies of investigating the legalization of illicitly acquired assets.

The event concluded with interactive discussions on pertinent topics, engaging participants including judges, prosecutors, and investigators from the tax service.
