On October 29, 2024, the Financial Monitoring Service (FMS), in collaboration with the State Committee for Work with Religious Organizations, organized a training session for committee representatives on the topic of “Beneficial Ownership.”

Ms. Arzu Khalilova, an experienced representative from the FMS, provided detailed insights into international standards and national legislative obligations regarding the identification of beneficial owners.

The session concluded with an interactive Q&A, where the trainer addressed participants' questions.

Notably, the training was attended by approximately 25 representatives from the State Committee for Work with Religious Organizations, highlighting their active engagement in enhancing understanding of beneficial ownership regulations.
